Services

If you find yourself struggling and unsure of your path ahead, I am here for you. It can be incredibly difficult to seek out therapy (and find a therapist!), and the fact that you are reading this speaks volumes. It means you are open. I firmly believe that the therapy space should be one of exploration and collaboration; we will work together toward your goals so that you can live the life you really want.

I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from all walks of life. My most recent work with clients has targeted anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship/interpersonal challenges, and school/work stress. I have also worked with couples and families looking to restore peace and balance in their homes.

My approach is both insight-oriented and solution-focused, and therefore relies on various therapeutic modalities. It is crucial to understand the deeper, often invisible, parts of you, and it is equally important to have concrete tools that you can utilize in your journey toward change. As mentioned above, I am dedicated to collaborative work - after all, you are the expert of your life! We will gain insights together, decide what skills might be useful, and we will make tweaks along the way.

Free Consultation

You will receive a free 15-minute telephone consultation to ensure that we are a good fit. We will then schedule the 50-minute intake session where I learn as much as I can about your background and current struggles.

Treatment Plan

We will construct a treatment plan together to address concerns. The treatment plan will include length of treatment, therapeutic modalities, and most importantly, your goals.

Therapy Begins

Once we have established our plan, we will begin therapy, adjusting as needed in order to help you meet your goals.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
